Peter is from Seattle, WA. He has an eclectic background of military leadership training, monastic life, journalism, workforce development and organizational development consulting. He’s fascinated in understanding how people change and grow through life challenges.
His specialty is in helping people through complex life transitions by deepening their self-awareness. He also helps people uncover unconscious bias, assumptions, and barriers to change and potential. His coaching has a firm commitment to evidence and research-based methods.
With keen listening, systems theory, poignant inquiry, and more than 10 years of experience in human development and leadership, he facilitates powerful transformation with each and every client.
Through Minds At Work, Peter completed his coach training with Harvard University professors, Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey using the constructivist human development theories, 5 Stages of Mental Complexity and Immunity to Change™ method. He is a Certified MBTI® Practitioner and trained in the Gottman Method Clinical Relationship Training (Lv. 1).
