How Coaching Works
First, contact us through phone or email. We'll have an informal conversation about what brings you to coaching and the growth goals you may have in mind. We'll be able to figure out whether we're the right fit for your needs.
Second, we'll lay out those growth goals in a coaching agreement that we'll both sign.
Third, Schedule your first coaching session.

**The clients that make the most meaningful progress had minimally six weekly 2-hour coaching sessions. This is the usual agreed starting point for all new clients. Afterwards, clients and coach can discuss a more tailored coaching plan.
